A1 Kitchens was founded by Michael Kennedy in 1979, making it one of the oldest companies involved in the manufacturing and fitting of kitchens and wardrobes in Ireland. Michael started by manufacturing units in the shed at the rear of his house. Today he works from one of two factories with state of the art machinery.

Together with his wife Rose, his sons Keith (sales & design) and Daniel (fitting) they manufacture kitchens and wardrobes to the highest standards. A1 Kitchens owe their success to a company policy of listening to their customers, finding their needs, and supplying them with a top quality product and service to match their needs at a reasonable price.

They do this using a combination of the most modern machinery and state of the art computers, which they keep constantly updated, and the best in traditional craftsmanship. At A1 Kitchens we take pride in our work, which is why our name has become synonymous with crafted quality products.
